Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget. Present the proposed budget to Student Council for adoption and maintain financial records of the student body.

Prepare financial reports for meetings of Student Council. Assist the bookkeeper with sales as necessary. Coordinate fund raising projects for the student body.

Sign all purchase orders together with the Secretary
